Become the master of your island (or city) with the all-new Pashley Prospero.

Fusing retro class with the demands of the modern city, choose between the confidence-inspiring riser bar, or the ultra-versatile drop handlebar to perfectly match your style.

Built to perform
Created for agility and versatility, the Prospero is built around the proven, tough and lightweight Reynolds 531 steel tubing and hand-brazed to create a beautiful, contoured yet purposeful frame, that balances performance and comfort.

Porteur rack
Added versatility comes from the Pashley Porteur front rack, hand-crafted in our factory and capable of carrying up to 6kg of luggage. The classic aesthetic and modern-metro capability is completed by a classic silver finishing kit, hand-stitched grips and Sugino chainset.

Choose your bars
Available in two handlebar styles, the drop handlebar comes complete with silver Zipp 70 XPLR gravel bar with grippy dimpled all weather silicon tape, combined with wide ratio gravel gearing. The flat bar version is built with the Ritchey Classic flat 10 HP bar, dependable Shimano Cues gearing and powerful single finger braking.

All weather control
High-volume 27.5" tubeless ready rims and tyres glide over rougher roads and more challenging terrain, offering tremendous grip in the wet, whilst the powerful hydraulic disc brakes allow you to stay in complete control. The Brooks Swift leather saddle ensures comfort throughout.

The Prospero is the latest new release to ride out of the Pashley factory, following the launch of the Guv’nor GT, Britannia and Briton Picnic Editions and a new consumer cargo and e-cargo offering with the Pronto-Move and Pronto-Go.

And as Pashley, Britain’s longest-established cycle manufacturer, nears its centenary, our CEO Andy Smallwood hints at more to come:

“Pashley is a strong quintessentially British brand synonymous with style and quality, where every cycle is still crafted by hand, from start to finish in the Pashley factory.

“As we look to the future, the Prospero is the latest bicycle to bring that Pashley provenance to a new environment, and a new audience, as we combine our heritage and experience with design and innovation, to create a bicycle that exceeds the requirements of cyclists everywhere.”
