Pronto-Move
Everyday reliability
The Pronto Move has been created to be a dependable mode of everyday transport and a versatile, eco-friendly alternative to motor vehicles, all backed up by Pashley’s unique British hand-crafted quality - and the reliability, popularity and low maintenance of the tried and tested cargo cycle it has evolved from.
Steady strength
The Pronto-Move is fitted with both front and rear carriers. It can carry loads up to 40 kilos whilst remaining steady and easy to ride thanks to its front cargo tray and a pair of high volume, waxed canvas, British made clip-on pannier bags with extra reflective strips. This is aided by the specially designed one size step-through frame, which allows for safe mounting and dismounting even when fully loaded.
Low maintenance
The Pronto-Move is fitted with low maintenance and reliable three speed internal hub gearing and drum brakes, which can be upgraded to the wider range Shimano Nexus eight speed hub gearing with more powerful roller brakes. We have fitted a front dynamo LED light and a rear carrier light and reflector for visibility in traffic, and an integrated rear wheel lock for additional security.
Pronto-Go
Electrical assist
The Pronto-Go takes all of the benefits of our Pronto-Move but with the added benefit of a mid-mounted electrical assist drive system, helping you to reduce the effort and time needed to complete your journey and tasks. The Pronto-Go is outfitted with both front and rear carriers and can carry loads of up to 40 kilos whilst remaining steady and easy to ride, just like the Pronto-Move.
Powerful motor
To ease your cycling effort, we've incorporated a powerful 250W motor with 80Nm of torque which is fitted to the bottom bracket to give a more natural pedalling feel when the motor kicks in. Installed in the rear carrier rack is a lockable 750Wh battery, which can be removed for charging. Combined, the system delivers up to 50km of pedal assistance up to 25kmh.
Extra control
The Pronto-Go is built with a low maintenance and reliable three speed gearset, with the option to upgrade to the wide range and super silent Shimano Nexus eight speed hub gear, ideal for hilly areas or higher loads. Keeping the bicycle under control when fully loaded are the weather protected internal drum brakes, or for extra control and dependability we recommend upgrading to the eight speed gearset.
