Pashley’s award winning 'bike share' bicycle offers secure handling, safety and comfort whilst ensuring that maintenance and operating costs are kept to a minimum. Innovative anti-vandalism design features – including hidden cables and anti-theft fixings - also significantly increase its life in active service.
The low step-over frame is easy to mount and the simple, quick-release saddle adjustment means it can be set to the rider’s height in seconds. The frame geometry has been carefully designed to provide great ride quality and manoeuvrability, with the smaller wheel size providing faster acceleration – especially important in urban traffic. The shimano hub brakes provide quick and secure stopping power, and its low-maintenance 3 speed hub gears are simple to operate.
The bike is very practical and comes with a front carrier with an elastic retainer strap, handy for carrying bags or clothing. The greasy parts of the bike are well protected to prevent dirt and oil getting on the rider's clothes and the mudguards have low ‘tails’ that cover more of the wheel giving improved protection for the rider in the wet.
The Prospect has been designed for universal use, suitable for riders of height 5ft to 6ft 5" in height. The saddle height can be easily adjusted using one hand - simply pull up the quick-release lever, move the saddle up or down, and push the lever back down to secure.
The maximum saddle height adjustment range is 25cm, providing riders between 150cm and 195.5cm in height a comfortable and safe riding position.

The Prospect features many innovative and patented design features that stand it apart from all other 'bike share' alternatives on the market. In particular, the duo-safe headtube design allows for fully enclosed and secure cable management without affecting the ease of steering. The bike also incorporates a unique, patented, one-handed seat clamp for quick and easy saddle height adjustment.
