The Pathfinder X LTD - head turning, super light and extra versatile.
The Pathfinder range is the latest innovation from Pashley, combining nearly a century of manufacturing expertise with cutting-edge technology and modern design.
At its core, the Pathfinder frame is a lightweight, high-performance masterpiece, meticulously hand-crafted in Stratford-upon-Avon. It features a unique combination of Reynolds 725, 631, and 525 butted steel tubes, delivering a confidence-inspiring geometry designed to meet the demands of a wide variety of cycling terrains. Adapting from the original, the X LTD has been built with 700C wheels with grippy and fast rolling 45C tan-wall gravel tyres.
One standout feature is the 3D-printed stainless steel seat stay to top tube junction, which pairs seamlessly with internal cable routing for a clean and contemporary look. The frame is further enhanced by a full carbon fibre fork with a tapered steerer, ensuring superior ride comfort and increased torsional stiffness—perfect for precise handling and technical climbs. The wide-blade fork also comes equipped with direct mounting points for the Pashley-designed front Porteur rack, adding practicality to its sleek design and contributing to a full bicycle weight of just 11kgs.
The Pathfinder X LTD is powered by the Shimano GRX 1x12 drivetrain, which pairs a 40T narrow-wide chainring with an 10-45T cassette, ensuring smooth and reliable gear changes even on rough terrain.
Stopping power is delivered by powerful Shimano SLX hydraulic disc brakes, offering effortless single-finger braking for precise control and confidence in any conditions.
Comfort meets performance with the Brooks Cambium C15 saddle, made from vulcanized rubber to mimic the supportive feel of traditional leather while providing all-weather durability and enhanced ergonomics.
Hand painted with our new wet-paint finish, the Pathfinder X LTD showcases the possibilities of this process by delivering a crisp colour-flip that shifts from purple, through gold into green when the light changes.
The Pathfinder X LTD is intentionally versatile—a blank canvas for your cycling adventures. Whether you’re navigating the city streets, exploring winding country paths, or riding beyond the beaten track, the Pathfinder X LTD is ready to go wherever you take it.

For full geometry measurements please Click Here
Frame Size | Inside Leg Length |
Small | 27.5-31.5" |

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
My inside leg length falls between two frame sizes - which should I choose?
Choose the smaller size frame if you prefer to put your feet flat on the ground when stopping. If you prefer to have your handlebars much higher than your saddle, so you are seated in a very upright position, choose the larger frame size; you’ll still be able to put your tip-toes down when stopping. If you are still unsure which size is best for you, please feel free to call us on 01789 292 263 (Mon-Fri, 9-5pm) and we would be happy to advise you.
Can I ride the Pathfinder X on gravel paths as well as roads?
The Pathfinder X has been designed to traverse both tarmac and gravel. Whilst it is not an outright "off-road" or mountain bike, it is perfectly comfortable on off-road cycle trails or canal towpaths.
Can I test ride a Pathfinder X somewhere?
Our local store in Stratford-upon-Avon, the Traditional Cycle Shop, has a wide range of Pashleys you can view and test ride. You can also find other specialist Pashley dealers who have cycles in store to try via our dealer map.
